A full account review from audit to campaign structure
This extended lesson examines an account, identifies operating problems, and demonstrates a more deliberate campaign setup. The guide below follows the main decisions; the video provides the detailed screen walkthrough and the interface used at the time.
Look at the whole account before editing
The audit begins by stepping back from individual settings and looking at campaign count and overall organization. Ask whether each active campaign serves a clear purpose. An account can be difficult to manage even when individual ads appear to be performing acceptably.
Check whether useful ads are being constrained
The creative review compares spending and returns, including ads that may deserve more budget. Identify strong candidates from actual delivery rather than instinct alone. That analysis gives the later structure a reason to exist: support proven work instead of rearranging campaigns arbitrarily.
Define prospecting and customer audiences
The setup separates new customers, interested prospects, and existing purchasers. The recording demonstrates audience controls and exclusions to keep those roles distinct. Check the current account settings carefully, especially where an audience is a suggestion rather than a firm restriction.
Create an identifiable path for testing
The later walkthrough introduces named packs and interest tests within prospecting. Keep the customer group and test purpose visible in the structure. A repeatable system should let you see what entered the account, what worked, and what deserves additional scaling opportunity.
