We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Paid Ads Growth Director to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Growth Director, you will lead and optimize a cohort of clients in both Facebook and Google Ads. You will be fully responsible for client management, platform management and team management. Everything from meetings to reporting to optimizing is handled in this position.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
This position will operate in 3 phases:
- Phase 1 - You will begin with a deep dive of processes, skills, and shadowing our founder. By the end of this phase you will completely understand how to manage accounts and clients.
- Phase 2 - The second phase will begin when you are ready to take on clients on your own. The roles will reverse and our founder will be a shadow while you take the lead on client management. You will own the entire client relationship inclusive of Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other platforms.
- Phase 3 - Once you are managing 4-6 clients independently we will begin to hire your team under you. You will lead strategy, client relationships, and eventually manage a full team of skilled media buyers.
Essentials for the role:
Facebook AND Google Ads Mastery:
- Proven experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads for various ecommerce brands.
- In-depth knowledge of optimizing ads, launching new campaigns, and troubleshooting errors.
- In depth knowledge of catalog and feed management.
Agency Account Management:
- Proven experience in managing ecommerce brand accounts within an agency setting.
- Leadership in client calls and onboarding processes. Proficient in managing client reporting, performance calls, and creative discussions. Exceptional confidence in communication, making clients feel heard and understood.
- Bridge between Facebook and Google Ads, implementing a blended strategy for achieving client KPIs.
Tracking and Analytics:
- Comprehensive understanding of tracking mechanisms across various ad platforms.
- Proficient in utilizing UTMs for effective tracking and analysis.
Shopify Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify, demonstrating a solid understanding of the platform.
Team Management: Previous experience managing teams, particularly in an agency environment.
Google Sheets Proficiency: Basic foundational experience in Google Sheets. Ability to manipulate and customize reporting to meet specific client needs.
Previous experience:
- 5 Years Experience in Facebook/Meta Ads for ecommerce brands
- 5 Years Experience in Google Ads for ecommerce brands
- 3 Years Experience in client facing management.
Must Haves
- Confident communicator, written and verbally.
- Highly organized.
- Serious attention to detail
This is a full time remote position, and Salary will be discussed at the interview stage.
